i18n: Chinese translation problem in PUR dialog

      Some of the english does not need to be translated - ie the availaable variables.
      But the sample text should probably be translated:
      Magnolia registration <registration@yourdomain.com>
      PUR New user registraion

      Also the SAVE and CANCEL buttons
