Check uniqueness of email on new user registration

      The current implementation allows registration of multiple users with the same e-mail. By searching of user for password recovery based on the e-mail, in the case of finding multiple users with the same e-mail, the first one is returned. This returned user may not match the actual searched user (does not match his username).
