Add icons to indicate different resource types

      We've developed a set of icons for the Resource files app, which we are not ready to be installed.

      Please add the following icons:

      • for the different resource file types (see also MGNLRES-189). We use an icon:
        • for templates: 188-rft-template
        • for configuration files: 189-rft-configuration-file
        • for web resources: 190-web-resource
        • for text files: 027-file-text
        • for others (all other resource file types): 026-file

      Notes:

      • We use the icons for resource file types not in the "Type" column, but on the item itself.
      • For resource file types, see also MGNLRES-189 for an explanation of what's in a specific type.
      • Contrary to what is shown in the mockups, we do NOT use a special icon to mark folders of modules.
