Don't show hidden files in Resource Files app

      If a file is hidden on the file system then don't show it in the Resource Files app. For example, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.DS_Store files on OSX are not visible in Finder. But the Resource Files app shows them. They add noise.

      The app should have a switch so that the user can decided if the hidden files should be displayed:
