Users must be able to still use the old resources app in order to work with processed resources in the old way.
Eventually the app should be moved to its own module (see linked ticket). But in the short term it must simply be usable again.

• Language files must be added. (the existing language files do not work since the app definition has a different name.)
• The proper app should be referenced from the actions (Currently it references the "resources" app instead of the legacy one - so it opens the wrong editor sub app.)

The app definition should be renamed from resources-legacy to processed-resources (If this is not too difficult.)
English language keys should be created.
German language keys should be created.
