Add "edit" or "replace" functionality for images (or all binary resources) in the resources app. Ideally it should preserve the UUID and does not produces a lack when doing this via delete and upload with same name.

In Version 5.4.3, it's not possible to overwrite an image.
We would like to use the resources workspace to hide images from the users, but admins can replace files if they want to.
The Edit link would be fine to upload and overwrite an existing image. Deleting and new upload with same name works when you're using the path, but doesn't preserve the UUID.

Using the path is ok, but for the time from deleting to new upload is critical. I'm scared of receiving tickets that images do not show up because we will have several concurrent users.
