Add support for expand content to NorsuLinkResolver

      The Reference Resolver for Norsu should work like the Reference Resolver for JCR (except the link should not be returned) - when a referenceResolver is configured on a REST delivery endpoint, then all content properties of the referenced item should be included "inline" in the response.

      (Note that this is different to the behaviour of a link in a RichTextField, there only the link should be returned in the responose see: MGNLREST-380)
