      As specified in MGNLUI-2405:

      • move "Google Sitemaps" and "RSS Aggregator" to the MANAGE group - they're both admin tools that resemble the other apps in that group in that they're content related.
      • change the icon of "RSS Aggregator" (icon-rssfeed).
