Apostrophe in feed title breaks the Add Feeds control

      An apostrophe character (') in a feed title renders the Add Feeds control unusable.

      To reproduce:

      1. Create a new feed aggregator in the Data > RSS Aggregators. Use title "Greg's Ramblings" and URL http://dev.magnolia-cms.com/~gjoseph/feed.
      2. Save.
      3. Open the aggregator again. The Add Feeds control doesn't display the feed you just added and the Add button doesn't work.
