Bootstrap files refer to deleted types

      With MGNLDATA-164 some Tree classes have been removed but they're still referred to from the bootstrap files. That's why we get the following errors when starting up M5:

      2013-03-14 15:03:19,414 ERROR .magnolia.module.admininterface.TreeHandlerManager: Can't register tree handler [Contact]: class [info.magnolia.module.data.trees.GenericDataAdminTree] not found
