Allow common users to access dam, contacts and categories workspace

Non-privileged users (eric, peter) have no access to assets - they can open the Assets App, but they don't see anything. Trying to use the available actions ("New folder", "Upload asset") leads to an error.

The solution is to add proper ACL (r/w on /) to the dam, contacts and categories workspace for the demo-project-editor and demo-project-publisher roles.
