When you go to AdminCentral > Templating Kit > Resources > templating-kit > themes > our-theme > js > all > jquery-ui-autocomplete and "all" is a processed JavaScript, the "Bypass" checkbox in the screenshot is ignored. The resource is got always from the repository and never from the class path.
