Re-add STK roles to relevant apps

      As a consequence of MGNLDEMO-30 all apps previously setting themselves access roles have now removed them, leaving the responsibility of defining which roles can access what to the single project. Some of the roles removed e.g. from pages and dam were from STK demo-project. So, if someone with STK installed (and using those roles) wants to upgrade to 5.4 wouldn't be able to use some apps and actions. Therefore we need STK itself to reintroduce its roles where they were removed.
