Navigation Titles aren't html encoded in breadcrumb.ftl

      Hi,

      Currently, the output of item.navigationTitle is not html encoded, this leads to validation errors when running pages through the W3C Markup Validation Service if page titles include ampersand characters (for instance).

      Patch is attached.
