Currently, a region field is missing from the companyTab of the Contact dialog.
The attached file is a partial bootstrap that can be included within an update task. I've also attached a patch version of /mgnl-bootstrap/standard-templating-kit/dialogs/data/config.modules.data.dialogs.Contact.xml if you would rather use it. I've also attached a patch for messages_en.properties, please note, the message bundles for the other supported languages should be updated as well.
