Add title and description to Areas

      Areas will get proper i18n titles and descriptions. Enable them in the rendering and set them in the config.
      Config will be done through the STK migration script (PostMigrationScript), messages & bootstraps will be extracted after beta3.

      Make sure titles/descriptions are taken if entered manually and not through i18n key.
