UUID conflict when updating synchronization module from 1.7.x to 1.8.x

Caused by: javax.jcr.ItemExistsException: a node with uuid 7133771b-fa4c-4f26-bffd-4e9b0781ec47 already exists!

      This is caused by splitting synchronization into submodules. New magnolia-synchronization-app tries to bootstrap app into new location, but that already exist in "/modules/synchronization/apps" with same UUID
