Steps to reproduce

1.  Create a page template which has on its areas section headerScripts, bodyEndScripts and headerScripts areas
2.  Configure them as explained here
3. Create the scriptsArea.ftl file and save it on the path which was specified on the previous step
4. Check at Pages app that the template is available and works
5. Move to Marketing tags App, select a tag and clic on Edit
6. Switch to Pages tab and check that on the dropdown select the template created on the step1 is not shown.

Expected results

The custom page template is available on the dropdown list

Actual results

The page template doesn't appear

Deprecated Basic page appears on the dropdown but new Basic page template doesn't tho they both share same config.
