We should set

 magnolia.utf8.enabled=true 

on the test-webapps for the magnolia integration tests. 

Adapt the magnolia.properties file accordingly.
Note that all the tests run in the same build will have the property setup to true. But we think that's no issue. (We have discussed this in the Group of interest for testing&QA, see meeting notes.)

Reason / use-case:
Automate the former pre-relases "smoke-test"
UTF-8: Publish pages with special chars in node name.
(Where this test is to be implemented / to be added - is not yet defined. It will be mentioned on the related ticket to implement the test.)

Open Question

Where to set magnolia.utf8.enabled=true, on dx-core or on ce, depens on where we run these
integration tests.
