Improve log readability

      • Enable dev tools logging via sys property, false by default
      • Resolve issue with multiple slf4j implementations in classpath resulting in some log messages not showing up
      • Lower some logging level from info to debug (e.g. CleanUpUtils, FixtureUtils, etc)
