Choose shorter datetime format in lists and trees

      The current date and time stamps we use in lists and trees is too long and too hard to read. Please use the format: Mar 12, 2012 14:55 (or an equivalent, localized version) in the lists.

      If it's easy to do, show a tooltip on hover with more details in the format: Tue Mar 12, 2012 14:55:01 CET
