Finalize Forms and Dialogs API.

      Finish the pending changes from the Form/Dialog refactoring done during aplha-4 sprint. The top-most interfaces are more or less fine and not likely to be changed whereas the internal structure needs some polishing

        Acceptance criteria

          1.
          		 Rename BaseDialog to DialogLayout. Sub-task Closed Aleksandr Pchelintcev
          2.
          		 Find a better name for DialogActionListener interface. Sub-task Closed Aleksandr Pchelintcev
          3.
          		 Resolve relationships between FormDialog and FormView. Sub-task Closed Aleksandr Pchelintcev
          4.
          		 Utilize Vaadin's FieldGroup for Form assembly and management. Sub-task Closed Aleksandr Pchelintcev
          5.
          		 Review Action names in order to follow the changes in ContentApp API and changes in Forms and Dialogs. Sub-task Closed Aleksandr Pchelintcev
          6.
          		 Restore and review the localization functionality in forms and fields. Sub-task Closed Aleksandr Pchelintcev
