Currently, the buttons/controls of the CKeditor toolbar shown for rich text fields show up in two rows. They should, by default, only occupy a single row.

We could achieve this by:

• leaving away undo/redo
• removing the special character button
• and/or combine the external and internal link fields
• using a different theme with slightly smaller icons or less padding
