Forms elements are not getting their descriptions set.

FormFieldWrapper (clientside) .setHelpEnabled - only shows the help button if a description is set on the field. The problem happens because the description is not set on the field.

This line used to be in
FormSectionConnector.onStateChanged

getWidget().setFieldDescription(cc.getWidget(), getState().helpDescriptions.get(cc));

I tried adding it back and it helps - but i now have symptom when i switch tabs or validation changes - that the question marks next to all the fields dissapear.
