      Sub Task summary:

      Create a DeleteAction/Definition/Command to use for normal hard delete (Config app)
      Create a MarkAsDeleteAction/Definition/Command to use for content app (Pages/Assets)
      Create a specific Action Bar for Content mark as deleted with the following Available actions.

      Add Command definition in the ui-admincentral configuration.
      Adapt the current delete action in order to use the new delete command action.

        Acceptance criteria

          		 Enable CommandActionBase to operate on JcrItemAdapters Sub-task Closed Eric Hechinger
          2.
          		 Create a DeleteAction/Definition/Command to use for normal hard delete (Config app) Sub-task Closed Eric Hechinger
