Use new icons for some dev and tools apps

      Many apps currently have a default, generic app icon or the wrong icon all together.

      Please make the following changes, causing most apps to have an icon specifically designed for them:

      • "Config info": use 130-server-config-info
      • "JCR queries": use JCR app icon 018-jcr-app
      • "Cache tools": use Cache app icon 129-cache-app
      • "Groovy console", "Groovy scripts": use dev apps icon 113-develpment_app
      • all apps in "Data" group: use content type app icon 014-content-app
      • Please also move "Dev tools" to "Dev" group (keep the existing icon)
