We have new icons for the rich text editor.

Please replace the existing:

• "external link" icon with s01-link
• "internal link" icon with s02-internal-link
• "unlink" icon with s03-unlink

All icons a part of the current icon set (version 4), which thus has to be generated and installed first.

While we tried to come up with an easy to understand icon for "internal link", we've eventually settled on a variant similar to what Samuli has created so far, using an "m" as differentiator. We have, however, changed all link icons to make it easier to add the "m" and to improve their readability.

The goal is to eventually unify "internal link" and "external link", but that is not possible in the current time frame.
