Dialog does not give event when closing from X icon

    Description

      When closing a dialog from x icon it does not give event. To reproduce
      1. Open something containing CKEditor field
      2. Create link
      3. Close link chooser dialog from x icon instead of cancel button
      4. CKEditor stays grayed out because no event was sent from closing of the chooser dialog.
