Improve performance of trees

      Collecting task for performance related improvements for the trees. This includes:

      • restoring partial updates for the vaadin treetables
      • enabling them for inplace-editing (see MGNLUI-282)
      • do not generate vaadin components in table cells
      • use a timer to update table keyboard selection
