Replace ModelConstants with info.magnolia.ui.vaadin.integration.jcr.JcrAdapterConstants

      The name is an old leftover from ui-model. It contains only one constant JCR_NAME used by the adapters and containers to denote the name of the jcr item.

      The attached patch introduces JcrAdapterConstants and the adapter classes, it also removes the now unnecessary dependency on ui-api. It does not remove ModelConstants or all other uses of it. This needs to be done too.
