We currently can't use drag and drop to neither rearrange favorites nor groups. We should support this for both the mouse and on touch.

We should also consider adding keyboard support as we typically offer it everywhere else. How this would work, is not clear yet, but it likely will resemble the "move" action in lists, trees and the page editor, where the element to be move "sticks" to the mouse pointer once an action starts, then is "dropped" using the ENTER key.
