Missing "[MORE]" link button in informational message banners

      The message banner used to show informational messages doesn't feature a "[MORE]" link button any more. As a user, I thus can no longer open the message in Pulse directly by clicking on that link in the banner.

      By contrast, the warning message still does feature "[MORE]" (see attached screen shots).
