I'd like to consider translating the groups themselves as well. Less so "STK", "DATA", "DEV", not even "TOOLS", but "EDIT" and "MANAGE".

Options I see:

• use verbs: "EDIEREN" (yes, would be more correct than "editieren") and "STEUERN"
• use nouns: "INHALTE", "WERTE"

I prefer the verbs, since that's also in-line with how the English UI works and corresponds with the original idea of using names more like actions for these two groups.
