Adjust the implementation to better match the visual design

• Remove the drop shadow.
• Add a 2px white border around the box and arrow instead.
• Add an arrow to the left and in the upper third of the box. Make sure the box opens such that the arrow points to where the mouse is.
• Use less left and right padding, add some more on top and bottom.
