Inplace editing consolidation A: Bug-fixing

      A super-task listing bugs that alter the basic working behavior of config-app.
      Bugs are mostly related to configuration of actions or improper listening behaviors.

      Additionally, tests are currently missing on building columns (TreeViewImpl) and on the inplace-editing logic itself as well.
