      Admincentral works on Chrome on the old android tablet i tested on (original Galaxy Tab).
      but currently it is not usable becasue we do not perform the gwt permutation on it, which results in a screen at startup informing user that their browser is not supported.
      We should include the android_tablet permutation in gwt.
