All buttons in ui that should support tab-key navigation should be html buttons or links

      Some ui elements - like the close button in a dialog are span tags.
      These will not work with keyboard navigation. even if you add a tabindex attribute to them, youwill be able to tab to them, but hitting spacebar or enter will not trigger the button.
