Provide patched icon set compatible with CKEditor 4.3 and high-resolution displays.

    Description

      Previously we had a patched version of CKEditor's icons.png. When we have upgraded the version to CKEditor 4.3 our patched version became not compatible with it. We got rid of the patched icons.png (7f3eeeacb5078ce249c50ba929babd51b3a3881a) for now but we have to provide a new version of it. Note that we also have to do a separate version for hi-resolution displays.
