Light dialogs need some improvements

      We've reviewed the light dialog implementation in the UX team and have found a couple of issues, which we still have to tackle. I'm collecting these as sub tasks of this issue.

        Acceptance criteria

          1.
          		 Add fast open/close transition to light dialogs Sub-task Closed Christopher Zimmermann
          2.
          		 Light dialogs should grow in height Sub-task Closed Christopher Zimmermann
          3.
          		 Buttons in light dialog do not have a top padding Sub-task Closed Christopher Zimmermann
