When using a column formatter in first column, nodeIcon may be appended at wrong position

      Currently always tries to insert at penultimate position, so if formatter appends an inline <span> to generated string (html is allowed), then node icon will be inserted between node name and the latter span, not next to checkbox (list) or tree spacer (trees).
