Cursor in disabled context menu items is pointer

      This looks buggy or half-baked and might confuse users as it seems to suggest that the action can be still performed. I think in that case cursor should be auto or default.
      The affected css rule is in contextmenu.css

      .v-context-menu .v-context-menu-item-basic.v-context-menu-item-disabled
      

      which inherits the style from

      .v-context-menu .v-context-menu-item-basic
