Turn off thumbs view in Pages, if we're not generating any page thumbnails for Alpha1

      Starting with Alpha1, I'd like to only show UI features, which actually do something and have a purpose. If we do not generate thumbs for pages for Alpha1, I suggest to at least temporarily hide the thumbs view.
