The logic needed to display the activation status in page editor is squeezed into the PageEditSubAppView. This should be moved into separate classes.
Further more:

• the view is not updated when it should be, instead the whole component is replaced from the DOM.
• it listens to changes on several eventbuses and updates the DOM everytime something happens. this slows down the whole system.
