CKEditor stretcher disappears in source mode

      Problem:

      When expanding ckEditor (downwards) and then increasing the size of the dialog, the window frames do not match any longer (see screenshot).

      This problem has been fixed but if you switch to Source view you can reach a state where you cannot access the dialog buttons.
