Notification of long running actions should be pushed to UI

      Description

      Notification of long running actions are only displayed on the UI if the user interacts with the UI after the notification has been sent on the server side.
      (=> User must "pull".)

      To have such notification really shown to the user at the "right time" it must be "pushed" to the client.
