validation error messages are displayed twice in dialog

      The steps to reproduce:

      1. Open the page /demo-project/about/subsection-articles/article
      2. Edit the Page Header Area
      3. Remove the headline so its blank
      4. Attempt the Save
      5. Error message will show because the headline is a required field
      6. Click the Category tab
      7. Click the Article Intro tab
      8. Observe the error (see screen shot)
