Not having server-side push leaves us in a situation when some notifications are not delivered to the browser without user interaction.

We should allow an arbitrary poll interval to be set for AdminCentral web app, so that the browser periodically queries updates from the server.

We also should design the convenient API for polling which would orchestrate polling settings coming from different isolated components making sure that the most actual settings are used.
