A link with target="_blank" breaks the Editor

      Please delete

      Create a Link with the CK Editor, choose Target "New Window (_blank).

      After clicking on the Link, the ActionBar is broken.

      This is not a CK Editor related issue, I can reproduce this locally with any Link with target _blank
