Add 'publish incl subnodes' to folder level in security subapps.
Adding the action 'activateRecursive' to the following subapps of the security app:
users
groups
roles
This action should be available on the folder level in the actionbar of these apps.
With adding this configuration a user can activate a complete folder with subnodes.
