Improve presentation of complex fields

      Using the attached dialog definition one can reprodude the following issues:

      • MultiValue-Field which contains two Link-Fields (including the page-picker) are not displayed at the same line, the second link-field is a bit below the first link-field
      • after removing the 'required' attribut from the first Link-Field the second Link-Field is displayed one line below
      • delete button is covered by the second page picker, it is not obvious that there is any delete-button
